Taking the first step can be daunting - here is a little on what you can expect when we start working together. I am free to answer any further questions you may have, and we will have space to explore how you would like your therapeutic journey to look in our initial session together too.

Therapeutic Space
My style of therapy is warm and collaborative, trusting that my clients are the experts in themselves and their lives. At the core of the work is a caring exploration into you and your personal core values. I believe we all have the capacity for growth, healthy change, and to love our true wonderful selves.
I am a creative person at heart and work in an integrative way, which means I consider your individual needs and adapt my approach to create an experience which really works for you.
Every therapeutic relationship I work in is unique to the space I create with that client. As a trained Breathwork Practitioner, I also focus on the mind/body connection, and am always happy to incorporate breathwork tools and learning into our sessions together.
How does it work?
Exploring our past helps us to find and understand the roots of our distresses today, helping us to work out how to heal, grow, and have a more fulfilling life. Seeing your life in full is an essential part of my role, considering the mind/body connection alongside your childhood, relationships and how you view the world.
We will work together, human-to-human, initially building a space of trust and safety, and working collaboratively towards your therapy goals. We will look to find more self-awareness, clarity and understanding of who you are, how you relate to others, and how your experiences have shaped you into the person you are.
I will walk alongside you to find clarity and coping tools which help you to tackle life's challenges, feel more grounded, and understand your personal core values.
