You're likely on this page because you have heard about breathwork before, seen people talking about it on Instagram reels, or maybe you have tried it before in a yoga session and it sparked your interest. If you have ever been curious to learn more about breathwork, I'd love to work with you! Perhaps you have been struggling with anxiety or stress, or you just want to find a few more ways to boost your overall wellbeing.
In our personalised and intimate breathwork sessions, I will guide you through a bespoke experience tailored to your unique needs. We will spend some time looking at the different areas you are hoping to enhance, heal, or manage through breathwork. I will also ask some questions about your medical history, to make sure the tools we are using are right for your body and mind.
Coming from a background of both counselling training and breathwork training, you will experience a gentle, warm, and considerate approach which helps you to find which breathwork tools feel most accessible to you. The session will of course be therapeutic, however it will be different from a counselling session - I will be wearing my breathwork "hat" for you.
Breathwork has transformed my life and given me many tools to combat stress, anxiety, and help me connect with myself. I find it allows me to approach life in a more mindful way too. It can be difficult at first to add something new into your routine, so I have ensured I have lots of tools and tricks to help you do this effectively.
